The Biden Shout is only used when Joe is angry. He will usually perform this move to stun an enemy before he attacks. The shout can be countered by wearing ear plugs or by shouting "la la la la la" to scare Joe away as he is extremely disrespected by this. Effects of the shout can include but aren't limited to: vomiting, deafness, psychosis, heart attacks, brain damage, bone fractures, organ failure, and even death.
