The Biden Charge is used when Biden is preparing to use the super form of one of his attacks. He can use the Biden Charge to make the Biden Blast, Biden Shout, and Biden Bolt stronger. The charge can be cancelled by attacking him as he is extremely vulnerable in this state.
This is used when Biden is charging up a super form of his other attacks.
